"Man-maker". Toss in some strict pull-ups and this was a tough workout! My workout was:
Warm-up + extra 15 push-ups.
12-9-6-3 reps for time:
- Man-makers (30lb dumbbells)
- Strict Pull-ups (no scaling)
Time was 14:10. A bit slow comparing to others' times. Thrusters and strict pull-ups made it rough!
